They should have a good season. A little young on the offensive line, but a lot of experience at the skill positions should help the line mature quicker. The Pats looked good in a scrimmage this past weekend and they will surprise a lot of those people expecting a big fall-off due to graduation losses. The defense looks to be aggressive and has good speed.

If the Patriots get their offensive line in order, they will be tough to beat. The defense is very good, Bonsell is a very good QB, JJ is money in the bank at RB, and Tino Yevchenicz is a very good receiver. Great showdown (or two) with U-E coming up this season.

offensive and defensive lines dominated saturday..........had no problem scoring at will against the other teams. EFA, Oneonta and Walton took a beating by the lines and couldnt keep up with the speed guys.......going to be a good year!

They beat up on 3 schools whose combined enrollment probably doesn't equal Binghamton's. What does that prove?

You don't measure yourself against inferior competition. If you do your goals are not high enough.
The first true measure comes Friday night. I expect that BHS is the underdog in this one unless Newburgh lost a ton of players from last year.
I'll be there to see what they have for the 2010 edition!

M-E beat Binghamton in 2000.

I think they [ME] won two years in a row. The two worst consecutive years in BHS history. Maybe the two worst year’s period.
That should not happen under normal circumstances!

Actually Binghamton started 6-0 in 2000 before losing back-to-back games to U-E and M-E. They finished with a 7-3 record overall. Far from Binghamton's worst year ever.

I should have been more specific. I was referring to Stento’s last two seasons. What was that 2006 and 2007, I’m not sure?
