Don't ever compare the 2010 Reds to the Big Red Machine of the 1970's. That was arguably the greatest baseball team ever. The “Big Red Machine” remains the moniker of Reds teams that performed with business-like precision from 1970 to 1976.
I wouldn't count the 2010 Reds out just yet. Remember what happened the last time you did that?
And what the heck do you mean when you say it looks like it's the Rockies that are going to finish? They're not even in the NL Central so either the Cards or Reds have to make it to the postseason. They can't both be eliminated.

wow. you were on here touting the great pitching staff after i said they would collapse. forgot that did we?? i never said they were in the same division as colorado. it means the reds are going to win their division and gag all the way til the end. it's just that the cards gagged even worse. it's like winning a golf tournament not because you played well, but because another player gags his brains out. that means 1st round bye bye.

A dozen Navajo Code Talkers couldn't have confused me more than you just did with that post. I'll get back to you once I consult the best cryptographers this world has to offer. I think you just fashioned the most ingenious code in military history

reds lose again. they will win their division because jean vanda velde is their closest opponent and he just got done playing the 18th hole at the open.
