It happened on Harry l drive at north side park pavilion . Not sure of details .

And again..... Binghamton patrol car and binghamton detectives were there handling it. How is this saving money for us Binghamton tax payers? Looks to me like the only ones getting any savings is JC tax payers!

I haven't heard anything about this..I don't think this really happened..nothing on the news or pressIt happened on Harry l drive at north side park pavilion . Not sure of details .
