27 Time World Champions
My wife shocked and stunned me with this question last night. Just one problem. As long as I've lived in this area....I was totally stumped! Been a LONG, LONG, LONG, LONG, time! This has the potential to become an interesting thread, so give me your best spot. I just don't want to see you there
Stray Cat
At the top of one of the downtown parking ramps distanced from the stairwell doors but keeping them in sight. "Hiding in plain sight" can sometimes be the least likely place to b discovered! I have used the ramps several times to bring a highly overpriced transaction with a lady of the night to fruition without any incident! Bingoloid
I was going to suggest the parking ramps, too.

Stray Cat
At one time there were several secluded and romantic spots withing a 5 minute drive of center city but unfortunately many have become developed. Those that are still somewhat secluded are now well known to law enforcement and you are very likely to be questioned should you be found parking in any of them. BinghamtonBill
On Binghamton's South Side we used to call it "the lookout" ...it is now known as Timberland Dr. Many memories up there! Views of the whole valley.
conklincolt
still upper mill street and the gardner road area, stevens road, roberts road. Or for a quickey and bar parking lot works in a pinch.
JB 2
Speaking Countywide none have mentioned yet Whitney Point overlooking the dam & lake. Pull off area is big enough that you can park in a way signifying your wish to be left alone.

NotLookin
I have to agree with BubbaGump, why does Garo allow this Ginny to go on and on as she does? The Foiling thing just makes me laugh, she must not have any real life outside of BCV

Ginny Weedon
I was caught again this weekend. I over ordered White Zinfandel and found myself in a precarious situation in the front seat of a Ford SUV parked in the Thirsty's parking lot. Thank god someone knocked on the window, giving me the opportunity to run back into the bar and call a friend for a ride. I won't be returning to Thirsty's or drinking White Zin for the foreseeable future.
