Solak is reporting that Emily Jablon had court today and the judge wanted to lower her case from felony to misdemeanor and the district attorney wasn't having it, I find this funny because one he gets all of his information from Emily regarding her case and we all know she is a proven Liar and two The judge cannot lower her case unless the district attorney recommends it to the court whether he wants to or not.

Solak is also reporting that Emily fired her lawyer which is not the first time this happened and realistically these lawyers aren't being fired they're walking away from this case as they have nothing else that they can offer her except guiding her through the plea bargain process because they see this is a losing case if it goes to trial and Emily has posted in the past text messages from her parents specifically her mother admitting that they're paying $13,000 to her previous attorney Ron Benjamin so since Emily doesn't pay these attorneys herself I am sure they are well aware that this is not a money train if you know what I mean. She threatened her last lawyer Ron Benjamin with a lawsuit and accused him of forcing her to give him multiple blow jobs and she claimed she has the same accusations as another woman and Ron threatened her with arrest if she kept showing up to his office and his secretary did the same and she constantly tagged him on social media so it's pretty obvious lawyers want nothing to do with her.
Sounds like every lawyer that represents her is telling her the same thing that she has to take a conviction and she is upset about that lol. Wonder how the District attorney is going to handle her other criminal court cases as it's been stated here she has 4 open cases.

That's heard of in traffic court, with the amount of evidence and damage she has handed to the district attorney it is not likely Mike Korchak is budging on this case. If she had any leverage in her case besides "manifesting" she wouldn't of stalled as long as she has and now the judge and DA are out of time. I believe from what I've heard she has not finished her court mandated treatment and has missed appointments. Whether that is true or not her case has not been disposed of

For instance today he posted an Email but blurred out who it's from and based on what's in the email he posted and the style of writing it's obviously Emily and she posted a similar message herself on her Twitter page claiming that rich David used her and she ran away from him and he stopped her from running outside her home and how she only had sex with him because Emily claimed it was to get information about her money but in REALITY Emily did not have a contract for Columbus park past phase 1 and this was noted in the news Chanel 34 article from January after she was ARRESTED and in REALITY people don't work for free unless contracts are involved but Emily A. Great way to sum it up. Did you catch the Twitter post she shared about how her mother Susan Jablon told her she sued her former boss because Susan claimed she was called a "prostitute". Seems like this is causal behavior in the Jablon home and it's passed down to Emily. Or the time Emily private messaged me thinking I was rich David and said she has made 50 grand off what Emily stated was money made off of public corruption which is Emily's term for extortion. She's on Facebook today talking about rich David. Wonder how that restraining order is working out and she keeps mentioning $19,500 but earlier this year claims she got a check for 14k from Garnar. Thanks for the update, she also accused Ron of been paid off by David, which of course was unfounded and she posted a text message conversation she had with her mother begging for a public defender. She also tagged ronin her online posts threatening to sue him how she was forced to endure sexual assault by him and you think Ron would ever help her is funny. Did you see that sad attempt of a fake cease and desist legal doc she posted on her Facebook page called page 607 and she left her photo editor on the document with a large black line going down the side lol and she conveniently left out the bottom portion where a lawyer signature would be and she also  conveniently left out the heading where the address is listed for each party lol. How ironic and laughable is she, if he was paid off why would she be begging for him to come back and hires him back lol. Unfortunately for Miss Jablon the damage is done and in court rooms Judges look for remorse at sentencing and they can see right through someone because they have seen it before over and over again and you worded it best when you mentioned that deleted information can be retrieved and used in court cases and her online rants for instance about being sorry to Ron and Ron only can be used against her but in her case the Korchak Team more than likely has everything they need and if I recall this is the Same lawyer I heard threatened to have her arrested and according to her she was kicked off his property by the secretary lol. God knows how many times she showed up to riverside drive. Oh yeah and it's the lawyer Jablon posted about during the summer of last year who told Jablon she had no evidence to her claims when she said she showed him her "timeline" lol. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if Ron Benjamin made Emily Amber Jablon publicly apologize for falsely accusing him of forcing her to give him a blow job (as she wrote on Twitter, I have the post) key word being “falsely” accusing him. I remember how she was on here claiming she had a lawsuit and when you checked the eeoc search engine it just shows "received". Miss jablon loves to throw a bunch of shit hoping people believe it and all her rants about suing people are nothing more than a complaint. Just how she claims she has all these NYS lawyers when in reality she doesn't they are just  paid by the state of New York and not by Amber Emily jablon in order to "INVESTIGATE" her complaint despite all of her attempts to say she has people under investigation when it's the complete opposite. It is complaint after complaint after complaint and everyday it seems like she is constantly amending complaints to add people like Nancy reynolds according to her recent post. NYS can see from a mile away something it not right constantly submitting new complaints and amending. When she was asked on Bcvoice what part of the process she is in with her human rights CoMpLaInT she couldn't answer.

There is a diagram that shows the process and all the steps it takes before it goes from a human rights complaint to an actual lawsuit and Miss. Jablon surprisingly couldn't answer, hmmmmmm! Their are many steps including mediation before an actual court hearing and even if it does go to a court case with a lawsuit filed it would be updated in the broome county clerks website or "searchiqs.com" since all of her allegations are based in broome county and their is nothing NOTHING filed in regards to her.

Emily recently posted on Facebook and deleted the comment that she can now cross off her bucket list of being an October surprise. Fortunately for the rest of us (I saved the screen shot) you can view the edited history on a Facebook by selecting the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner of the and Miss. Jablon doesn't seem to be aware or obviously doesn't care because this shows she is nothing more than a stunt. Wonder how her attorney would feel knowing this or Carolyn Price if she even cares lol. Zero credibility once again for Emily, does she not get it to stay off social media, she is only hurting herself lol .
