thomas Posted June 13 Author Report Share Posted June 13 The Country Courier June 14 edition The DA's office and John Finch worked out an agreement in contemplation of dismissal (ACD) where John Finch would pay restitution and complete community service (Habitat for Humanity) in exchange for the DA's agreement that if those terms were completed, he would not proceed with a trial or pursue the matter any further.
