yesteryear Posted May 27 Report Share Posted May 27 When I got to the Binghamton Memorial Day parade I first thought it was cancelled. There was only a few people along the parade route on Main Street. There had to be less than 40 people at the parade, it was so sad. I didn't know Joe Mihalko was in charge but I am not surprised as the whole parade went off perfectly. Thank you Joe. My Family and friends are looking forward to next year as well.
