John Hope Posted August 20 Report Share Posted August 20 My wife and I will be leaving town Sunday when the Porch Festival occurs on the west side of Binghamton. This is the day every year when we feel like prisoners in our own home. There are drunks all over the west side, on foot, behind the wheel of cars and driving golf carts. It was during the Porch Festival in broad daylight I witnessed a highly intoxicated woman discharge feces from her body onto my front lawn.
