Man, who Korchak failed to prosecute for rape and incest of a child, kills someone on Front/Bevier Streets

Michael Korchak may not be DA anymore, but his many failures as DA are still very present in Broome County.  In 2021, Korchak failed to prosecute Christian Rogler for rape and incest of a child less than 11 years old.  These charges could have put Rogler in prison for 25 years.
